How to Access the Portal:

You will receive a welcome email to the portal from D. Duane Brann, DPM that will provide you with your user name and temporary password- For security purposes we do not know what your temporary password will be.
Follow the link to sign in and you will be prompted to change your password, accept the disclaimer and validate your account.
Choose one of the options that best fits what you would like to do from the top.
  • Patient registration: Update your demographics or insurance information. Office forms are also located here.
  • Appointments: Request an appointment or view your upcoming appointments.
  • Contact Nurse: Ask a question of the staff or request prescription refills.
  • Health Information: Encounter summaries

Private health information will not be sent directly to your email; instead you will receive an email that will alert you to access your secure patient portal if you have a new encounter summary ready or a new message from the office staff.

The portal is only checked during office hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond.
